What are the BHHS disclaimers / requirements on advertising?

Where space is available, always use the entire disclaimer. The one line disclaimer may be used for yard signs, business cards and materials smaller than a quarter-page. Full disclaimers should be used whenever possible. One line disclaimer is as follows:
