Frequently Asked Question

Agents have access to 2 zipForm accounts:

• One is provided by your Association of Realtors
• The other is a zipForm Plus account provided by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas. The BHHS Library can only be accessed through this account.

The credentials for the account we created will be in the email you received from Ziplogix after joining the company. If you’re unable to find your credentials, please contact your office ASA for assistance.
